Celebrating the unique laneway character of the local through a commercial office design.
The design aims to contribute to the surrounding public realm by defining a high quality architectural language that will be created with regard to both an urban and pedestrian scale.
The scheme aims to celebrate the unique laneway character of Collingwood through the design of a carefully curated ground floor that includes additional laneway connections to surrounding laneways as well as the integration of industrial building elements and local artwork.
The design also strives to foster a high level of wellness to be experienced by building users, offering high-quality end-of-trip facilities to be accessed from the ground floor proposed laneway and connection to a wellness/yoga space at Level 1. Also proposed is a series of ‘sky laneways’ which aim to link office spaces to a series of communal outdoor terraces for a unique and collaborative working environment for tenants over multiple levels.
