Team Building
At Rothelowman, we focus on “Working Ugly” – A process where we invite the
whole project team to collectively explore and evolve ideas from conception to resolution. This inclusive nature allows us to be proactive in addressing and balancing the project agenda as the design develops. We seek to create an environment within our practice where everyone can share ideas without fear. Having the project team engage with the design evolution from the beginning, ensures that as the design develops, the entire team will have a holistic understanding of the proposal ensuring critical ideas and inputs are embedded from first principles. - 6
Commitment to ESG
At Rothelowman, our commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles is ingrained in every aspect of our architectural practice. Recognising our responsibility to contribute positively to society and the environment, we prioritize sustainable design solutions that minimize environmental impact while promoting social equity and economic resilience.
As of 2024, all five of our studios across Australia have been reimagined. Through hyper-local design and prioritising a humanist agenda, our spaces support us to work better with clients and motivate our teams. They are designed to enable meaningful connections, facilitate ideas, idea-sharing and create a sense of place.
