The architecture expresses the interior experience, providing platforms for living and socialising, and amenities are curated throughout the building, like a vertical neighbourhood
Cordelia encourages residents to explore different spatial and lifestyle experiences. Heritage buildings anchor the front and back, and a muse and subtropical garden provides entry into the lobby.
Amenities dedicated to wellbeing, creativity and socialising are in the podium’s pavilion and in the glass lantern in the tower’s dramatic six-storey void. On the rooftop, a pool and function rooms offer a resort-style experience.
Bespoke moments in the architecture
Structural elements are designed to add beauty and nuance to the architecture and interiors. Sculpted columns on apartment verandahs provide privacy and shade, while also shifting the perspective of vistas and allowing light to filter behind them for a more three-dimensional experience.
Flexibility is embedded into the apartment plans to allow for cost efficiency and adaptability over time. By centralising bathrooms in the core of the floor plates, apartment walls can be moved and the mix and arrangement of bedrooms and bathrooms can change without moving the living spaces and altering the living experience.
