The Rothelowman Professional Collective | Meet Hannah
Drawing inspiration from diverse cultures and their expressions through materiality, colour, and pattern, Hannah takes pride in crafting vibrant spaces that leave a lasting impression on occupants and visitors.
Her profound understanding of how people engage with interiors is enhanced by her passion for thoughtfully selecting material and colour palettes that add emotional depth. She believes interior design should not only meet the needs of occupants but should also inspire them.
“I always find myself in awe of the ways different materials can tell a story. This ball and marble arch [pictured], grown and formed within the ground, is a beautiful natural stone and wonderfully unique from any other marble slab.”
Hannah highlights the importance of designing with a generous eye for life sharing, “Interior design should broaden people’s understanding of how they live. We must cater to people’s immediate needs while honouring our ability to uncover new opportunities.”
Working on a recent retirement village was one of Hannah’s “favourite projects to date.” By embracing the opportunity to work dynamically with the client to develop various typologies, Hannah is proud to have contributed to a design that meets the changing needs of residents and nurtures a warm, home-like, and non-clinical experience.
Having an inspired and curious designer like Hannah as part of the Rothelowman collective enables the team to view every project with a fresh lens, ultimately enhancing project outcomes and encouraging ongoing learning and development.
