The Build to Rent Boom

Recently, Rothelowman Principal Kylee Schoonens was a panellist at the Property Council of Australia “Build-to-Rent Boom Lunch” alongside Luke Mackintosh, Keith Lucas, ARA, AIA, LEED AP, and Angela Buckley with the panel hosted by Emily Young.

 

Kylee shared, “It was a fantastic opportunity to tackle many questions around unlocking BtR opportunities, how we can deliver more much-needed housing, particularly in Western Australia, that is affordable and creates communities — taking cues from what is being delivered nationally and internationally.”
