Aire integrates architecture, interiors and landscape to create a holistic living experience
The form of Aire is drawn from a river pebble, smoothed and sculpted by natural forces over time. Its dual form, rounded corners and recessed balconies respond to the orientation and express the arrangement of the 57 apartments, ranging from large four-bedroom homes to compact one-bedroom homes.
The form and façade also reinterpret Sydney’s enduring heritage of Art Deco apartments, evoking a sense of permanence and place in this new growth area.
Designing for generous living
The communal spaces in Aire cater for all residents in The Orchard and provide a resort-style pool on the rooftop and indoor/outdoor lounge on the ground floor.
Designed for residents who are predominantly owner-occupiers and downsizers, the apartments have generous spaces, crafted touchpoints and a restrained palette of natural materials.
