Gate 8 wins Good Design Award 2025

We’re proud to share that Gate 8 has been recognised with a Good Design Award 2025 in the Architectural Design – Built Environment category.

 

 

Located in Melbourne’s Jolimont precinct, Gate 8 reimagines the workplace as a platform for social impact, innovation, and connection. Designed for entrepreneurs, social enterprises, and values-led organisations, the project integrates public amenities and a sense of civic generosity to create a commercially successful, community-anchored workplace that contributes positively to the city.

From its handcrafted red-brick façade to the integration of the Gracie’s café, public amphitheatre, and Jolimont Club rooftop venue, Gate 8 reflects Rothelowman’s commitment to designing from the inside out — shaping places that connect people and purpose.
