Approval of proposed masterplan for Stella Maris
Together with Monno Projects we are pleased to announce the approval of the proposed masterplan for Stella Maris.
Located between 39 Bay Street and 9 Helen Street in Rippleside, Victoria, the combined site provides the ideal setting for generous spaces, uninterrupted views from Corio Bay to Geelong City, and an intrinsic connection to people and place.
Emphasising nature alongside the pedestrian, the masterplan links a collection of built forms embedded in a highly landscaped garden.
The development integrates three apartment buildings and three townhomes whilst respectfully providing space for the heritage subdivision of the original St Helen’s mansion and surrounding grounds – planned to be restored to their former glory.
The masterplan also presents a deferential addition to the rear of the mansion. Politely connecting the old and the new.
With a high-quality architectural outcome, a walkable, luscious ground plane, and generous residential amenity, the masterplan will deliver a world-class, experiential residential opportunity for the community of Rippleside and a new standard of coastal living.
Congratulations to the entire project team.
