The Quarry Keperra

Congratulations to our longstanding collaborators, Frasers Property, on the official launch of The Quarry Keperra.

Rothelowman Project Leader Megan Schulte shares, “Frasers and the extended consultant team have dedicated over two years to the design and civil works, making this project a significant endeavour. Witnessing this major milestone achieved has been incredibly rewarding, and it was a pleasure for the Rothelowman team to partake in the celebratory event earlier this month.”

Once completed, The Quarry will transform an elevated decommissioned granite quarry into a thriving residential community that harmoniously integrates with the natural landscape of Keperra and the surrounding region.

The recently finished Sales Display building marks the initial phase of a remarkable legacy, offering various lifestyle and recreational amenities at the heart of the community. It will serve as a green gathering place for the 500+ residents and provide facilities for relaxation and leisure for both residents and their guests.

We look forward to our ongoing collaboration with Frasers Property to deliver several stages of medium-density housing within @quarrykeperra, with a strong emphasis on connecting with the landscape, embracing outdoor living, and celebrating the subtropical Queensland climate.
