Congratulations to New Hope Group, who recently received approval for The Landmark Quarter, a collection of 232 apartments and townhouses across three residential towers on Sydney’s lower north shore.
The design builds upon the extraordinary landscape character of St Leonards to amplify the natural aspects, referencing and interpreting them into a contemporary residential development. The concept results in humanistic living spaces both within and above the landscape.
St Leonards Village will establish a new type of urban community where living in harmony with the landscape is celebrated.
