Wellness and Innovation in Newstead
The design strives to integrate a high level of wellness to be experienced by building users. The design includes end-of-trip facilities, a rooftop pavilion, and a vegetated balcony to the east and west façades for each level to enjoy Brisbane’s subtropical environment.
