A collection of urban interfaces aimed at enhancing the street
The multi-storey mixed use proposal is intended to be iconic for Preston, acting not only as a visual welcome to the area, but also a means to stitch the urban fabric together and offer the community and residents a new local experience at the human scale.
Shaped for community
The proposed design includes retail/commercial activation to both High Street and Plenty Rd, and offers a link ‘promenade’ between these two key streets as a feature of the site. A private landscaped courtyard, internal amenity and rooftop amenity with key views to the CBD creates a special home and opportune environment for the residents.
