Designed for residents who are predominantly owner-occupiers and downsizers, the apartments have generous spaces, crafted touchpoints and a restrained palette of natural materials.

The design aims to foster a community where residents can connect in shared active recreation spaces or find solace in contemplative areas, with the enduring architecture enhancing the experience as the landscape matures over time.
The communal spaces in Aire cater for all residents in The Orchard and provide a resort-style pool on the rooftop and indoor/outdoor lounge on the ground floor.
