Stratton Street is a breathable building. Intentionally blurring the boundaries between inside and out, it uses subtropical design principles to maximise the enjoyment of Brisbane’s climate.

Encased by an external green atrium that runs the height of the building, the design culminates in roof-top recreational spaces for informal work and collaboration.
Landscaped outer rooms on each floor create opportunities for connection with outside increasing the sense of home throughout, while the level one informal area and ground floor lobby is designed to engender social interaction and enhance the pedestrian experience at street level.
