Show moreSituated on St Kilda Road and with views overlooking Melbourne’s iconic Fawkner Park, the success of the fit-out was in its ability to cater to the needs of staff. An aerial view of the leafy, 41-hectare park was the inspiration for a unique floor plan designed to maximise natural light and promote communication among the 355 staff members.
Site lines to the park are emphasised and full advantage is taken of a central atrium. The idea of tree canopies and dappled light are realised through a series of suspended feature ceilings and vertical screen elements.

Staff amenities such as a large, dedicated training room, breakout area, several informal breakout zones, a large, staff breakout area with terrace access, and a quiet room and nursing mothers room are all included in the design.
