The opportunity build to rent affords is a high service culture designed to be shared, fostering a sense of community and engagement. On-site amenities are managed though corporate ownership establishing a long-term commitment to the vibrancy and success of communal uses, each tailored to its location, desires and evolving needs of the residents and future tenants.
Purposeful areas for communal recreation have been embedded throughout the project. Generous multi-level spaces are layered throughout the building offering a range of experiences for chance interaction, congregation, collaboration, exercise, relaxation and retreat.

Lively activity is outwardly expressed in the architectural response through an active multi-level ground plane and mezzanine experience. Connected by a garden laneway these spaces result in a protected experience of the street, layers of textural change and excitement are also expressed revealing opportunities for artwork integration and unexpected outcomes. These rich encounters humanize the experience and complement the diverse cultural fabric of the ‘Valley’.
Slender forms seem to float above the laneway and balance these broad urban gestures, carefully crafted to frame the outdoor spaces for each of the dwellings. Balconies are deeply recessed to provide shade and individual privacy for the residents whilst also promoting lateral screened views for each of the dwellings.
