Show moreThe design of OROS creates a new landscape of rooftop terraces and courtyards that will provide unprecedented levels of indoor and outdoor amenity for residents of the development. The vast array of different spaces will allow for a variety of different uses and opportunities for the residents to interact, from small gatherings to larger functions.
The Sky Gardens, Roof Top Terraces and Courtyards will vary in size and scale as they cascade down the building in one fluid motion like a waterfall. These spaces will provide for a variety of amenities including veggie patches, BBQ’s, alfresco dining, pool, gym, function rooms, informal gathering, sun bathing, and outdoor cinema to name but a few.
The language and materiality of the building forms will respond to the different interface conditions in scale, texture, colour, transparency, and permeability.
