Our considered design approach has resulted in an architecture that combines the finer aspects of the St Kilda lifestyle within an urban setting.
On the exterior there’s always something happening, St Kilda is edgy and progressive, colourful and in your face. It is also a place of contrasts. The interior design of Leroy reflects this contrast and achieves an urban appeal through the combination of luxury finishes.
The neutral colour palette along with clean lines, smooth textures and carefully selected fixtures and fittings are carried effortlessly throughout each residence.
