Show moreA part of the Fishermans Bend redevelopment, 134 Ferrars Street has been designed to accommodate a variety of different civic users while striving for maximum activation and engagement with the streetscape.
The building’s podium emphasizes a solidity in response to the robust older industrial architectural forms found in the South Melbourne area. Durable, high-quality materials such as concrete, glass and polished metal are employed at ground level.
A part of the Fishermans Bend redevelopment, 134 Ferrars Street has been designed to accommodate a variety of different civic users while striving for maximum activation and engagement with the streetscape.
