The design aims to contribute to the surrounding public realm by defining a high-quality architectural language that will be created with regard to both an urban and pedestrian scale. Varying setbacks create large terraces for occupant amenity integrated with lush landscaping.

A high level of wellness has been integrated to be experienced by building users. This reflects the history of Cremorne, specifically the Bryant & May precinct which offered bespoke wellness facilities for employees. The design includes state of the art End of Trip facilities, a wellness rooftop pavilion and communal stair to promote active connectivity.
