Celebrating NAIDOC Week at Rothelowman

Last week, throughout our studios nationwide, we participated in the vibrant celebrations of NAIDOC Week.

We embraced the opportunity to further engage with our local communities by attending events and immersing ourselves in the powerful stories and traditions of our local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

The week was both inspiring and educational as we listened to powerful voices, delved into traditions, and immersed ourselves in Australia’s First Peoples art, song, and yarns.

As architects and interior designers, we are on our journey to ensure we celebrate diversity and honour First Australians culture as part of our practice. As we embark on our Reflect Reconsolidation Action Plan, we are committed to fostering meaningful relationships with First Nations communities, supporting reconciliation, and incorporating our learnings into our work to help shape the places we create.
