The Sinclair by Mosaic Property Group is reaching completion.

The “precast concrete petals” which define the aesthetic of the built-form are deliberately crafted and scaled to twist orientation favourably to the north-east. The ground plane embraces the idea of landscape as a filter seeking a relaxed suburban tone within the evolving urbanity of the suburb.

The rooftop amenity spaces continue this prioritisation of greenery through the linking of the two towers via a communal bridge, effectively doubling and diversifying the available amenity on offer. The expansive facilities generously encourage a sense of shared experience and community whilst capturing CBD and Western Range views across the low-rise “timber and tin” cottages below.
