The Sinclair by Mosaic Property Group is reaching completion.
Located in the emerging inner-urban precinct of East Brisbane, the project seeks to create an architecture tuned to place. Key to this concept is that of adapting and refining each dwelling to the immediate opportunities of the surrounds of the site. Building thresholds are curated to capture views, solar orientation, prevailing breezes and the like. The “precast concrete petals” which define the aesthetic of the built-form are deliberately crafted and scaled to twist orientation favourably to the north-east. Humble innovation driven by a rigorous analysis of opportunities and constraints.
The ground plane embraces the idea of landscape as a filter seeking a relaxed suburban tone within the evolving urbanity of the suburb.
The rooftop amenity spaces continue this prioritisation of greenery through the linking of the two towers via a communal bridge, effectively doubling and diversifying the available amenity on offer. The expansive facilities generously encourage a sense of shared experience and community whilst capturing CBD and Western Range views across the low-rise “timber and tin” cottages below. A truly Brisbane experience.
