Nigel Hobart has been appointed to the position of Managing Principal to manage the increased complexity of scale while maintaining a high level of client focus.

Nigel has been a Principal in the firm for over seven years and has been instrumental in steering the organisation to more than triple its size in that time.  Looking forward, his knowledge, leadership and management skills are integral to the continued success of Rothelowman both nationally and internationally.

With more than two decades of business and commercial management experience in the property industry, Nigel has been appointed to manage the business of architecture.  This allows Founding Principals and Directors, Shane Rothe and Kim Lowman, to focus on the firm’s design innovation, client relations and team development.

Shane and Kim remain committed to the firm as full-time Principals and board members, and look forward to working collaboratively with Nigel to ensure the future success of Rothelowman and its clients
