Fratelle and Rothelowman have announced a strategic alliance, forming a collaborative working partnership between the two practices to strengthen and expand their respective capabilities and geographical reach.
The bi-coastal partnership will see the two studios collaborate on projects and share resources – with Rothelowman offering the depth and breadth that Fratelle needs to realise new market opportunities, and Fratelle providing local intel and connections to Rothelowman in Perth.
The alliance combines Fratelle’s unparalleled local knowledge and strong connection to the Perth community with Rothelowman’s vast experience in large-scale commercial projects, resulting in a unique capability to invigorate Perth’s built landscape.
Perth is in the midst of a transformation and Fratelle x Rothelowman have the distinct capability and motivation to deliver a significant and positive impact to the city’s skyline, while retaining the city’s character and liveability.
The collaboration has already commenced on a number of large-scale projects in both WA and Victoria.
“We are excited to bring this capability to the West Australian market and deliver a point of difference in the way we offer design consultancy services. We see each commission as an opportunity to leave a long lasting and positive influence on the experience of the built environment in Western Australia.” Kylee Schoonens, Fratelle
“The team at Fratelle bring resources and skills that have allowed us to collaborate on new opportunities in Western Australia and in the Aged Care and and Specialist Housing Sectors across Australia. Under pinning this is a common approach to the delivery of commercially astute developments that are designed with a ‘generous eye for life’ from the outset.” Chris Hayton, Rothelowman
