Launching our recent mixed use project, the Northcote Collective

Together with Abadeen this week we celebrated the launch of our most recent mixed use project, the Northcote Collective.

Born from an innovative design philosophy, the architecture has been designed to complement the local area while bridging the gap between the urban character of St Leonards and the suburban comfort of Naremburn.

The Northcote Collective has been designed for a new type of urban living — challenging the concept of traditional apartment residency and advancing the typology of apartment design.

The design focuses on enabling choice for the residents in how they live and use the building. Each apartment borrows from the traditional townhouse or terrace typology with a ‘front yard’ and ‘back yard’, blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living. Circulation provided through breezeways encourages daily interaction, and extensive communal space with recreational facilities facilitates social connection.

Furthering the innovation of the residences, the apartment kitchen layouts and the suite of colour schemes can be selected and combined to an individual’s unique set of needs, tastes and preferences.

On the ground plane, retail and hospitality will provide a daily destination for residents.
