The COVID-19 event presents us with a challenge to find the balance between community welfare and business continuity whilst being vigilant about the health and wellbeing of our teams. To this end, we have gathered medical advice from the Federal and State Governments and we have listened to the lessons learned by colleagues in countries more severely impacted than Australia. We will continue to listen and remain agile throughout this period.
For the last six years, our teams have been operating on digital platforms from remote locations so we are confident that we can continue to deliver our work with minimal disruption to clients and collaborators. We have amplified and strengthened our technology platforms and work processes to deal with the realities that we face. Our approach is basically the same as our clients’ – we’re not stopping, we’re just doing things differently for a while.
The only visible change that you should experience is that face-to-face interaction is being kept to a minimum. Please continue to interact with our team members in the normal way by phone, email and video conferencing.
